I bought this from this supplier, and it does do what it does without problems. Definitely it can print more than normal HP300 does, but I don't see it can reach as much as 600 which is listed in the ads. But for the quality, I think this one is the cheapest I can get in the market. But you could take a risk for more cheaper one on ebay.

What can I say - cartridges are cartridges but I have to say Cartridge King who sent them to me is both reliable and efficient and I would use them again

A HP high capacity cartridge at a good price. Printer ink at manufacturers' RRP works out about the same price as buying Chanel 5 so prices like this help to make life more sensible.
Delivery was quick and free so happy with the purchase and not a lot more you can say.

It works perfectly in the printer and the price is slightly below the one you can find at a store. Considerably cheaper than buying in the HP website.
